Vineyard: It is extended in the South-eastern slopes of mountain „Vermion“, in the region Strantza Naoussas, in altitude of 250 metres
Territory: Area hilly with ground sand clay
Microclimate: It is characterized by the cold northern winds, that blown the winter, as well as from abundant rainfalls, that are marked at all the duration of time, apart from the summertime’s months, at which is often observed drought
Vintage: Merlot around the 30th of August and Xinomavro after the 20th of September
Vinification: Produced by the classic method of red vinification with temperatures of fermentation around 25 – 27° C and stay of the skins with the juice for five days.
Following the alcohol and malolactic fermentation it matures for 18 months in oak barrels
Bottling: In the company’s winery in Strantza, Naoussa Annual production in bottles: 10.000 Organoleptic
characteristics: It is deep red in colour with complicated aromas and an intense harmonious flavour.
